Clonakilty Distillery: An award winning maritime style from the stunning County Cork.

Founded by the Scully family in 2016, this distillery has been turning heads not only through their use of heritage barley grown on their family farm. Nor just their dedication to sustainability, both in their farming practices, and by using 100% renewable electricity in their distillery. But also by being the first, and only, distillery to win best Irish new-make spirit at the world whisky awards 3 times!

Exclusive Cask Offerings

Along with the standard offering of bourbon barrels, we have also sourced exclusive sherry casks from Jerez to offer our clients spectacular Oloroso and Pedro Ximéz

Exceptional Quality

With 3 Gold Medals for best new make at the world whisky awards, it seems to us that everything Clonakilty touch turns to (liquid) gold!

Opportunity For Growth

By buying new make spirit from such a young but promising distillery, we believe that we are getting in on the ground floor of a distillery with a very exciting future.

Boann Distillery

Located in the Boyne Valley in County Meath and housed in an ex luxury car display room, the Boann distillery is one of the most unusual and visually impressive distilleries in Ireland. Their three stills utilise a unique and innovative nano-texture on the Lyne arm to increase copper contact. The Boann distillery produce single pot still whiskies, and have been on the forefront of reviving historic recipes for whiskey production.
